Certified divers must bring a valid certification card and logbook.
Students are required to complete a medical questionnaire and disclose any relevant health conditions
If You Need to Cancel
We understand that plans can change. Refunds are issued according to the notice given:
Same day or within 24hours: No refund
48 hours to 7 days before: 30% refund
7 to 14 days before: 50% refund
More than 14 days before: Full refund
Courses: Once e-learning materials are issued and lessons have started, these portions are non-refundable. Dive courses focus on learning and skill development, with certification awarded when all requirements are completed.
Multi-day packages:
These are non-refundable, as we reserve equipment, instructors, and dive spaces especially for you. When possible, we’re happy to help reschedule dives depending on availability.
After Boarding the Boat
Once a diver boards the boat, refunds are no longer possible, even if the dive cannot be completed due to seasickness or personal discomfort. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking preventive measures in advance. In the case of a medical emergency, a local medical certificate confirming non-fitness to dive is required to request a refund or credit.
Our 24-hour non-refundable policy still applies to illness; however, valid medical documentation may allow unused dives to be credited toward a future booking.
If We Need to Cancel
Safety always comes first. If we must cancel due to weather, sea conditions, or operational reasons, you may choose to:
-Reschedule your dive, or
-Receive a full refund for any unused services.
!!Refunds cannot be issued if a dive cannot proceed due to missing certification, medical clearance, or safety requirements.
A Few Important Notes
Please follow all dive briefings and safety instructions to ensure a great experience for everyone.
We strongly recommend having dive insurance, as we are DAN partner, we can provide you with all information required.
We can’t be responsible for missed dives due to flights, seasickness, or personal decisions.
Guided dives may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another guest.
If you haven’t been diving in over one year, we recommend a refresher course. If our team feels safety may be compromised, water entry may be declined unless a refresher or private instructor is arranged.
Please note:
Dive sites are chosen based on weather conditions and the overall experience level of the group. Afternoon single dives are always shallow and easy. And mostly used for Try dives/refresher courses/courses.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These guidelines help us maintain high safety standards while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
We look forward to diving with you! 🌊🤿
